Got a BK2!

A BK2 popped up on the knife exchange not to long ago and I had been biding my time waiting, so I finally pulled the trigger on one! No matter how many threads I read about it and how it was a tank and a train wrecker nothing could've prepared me like holding it. Talk about a BEAST! I stripped it the other day and convexed it, what an awesome blade! Thanks for all the inspiration and for being a bunch of enablers :)
 
I will put some up when I get back to my computer. It's the first knife I have stripped and it was actually really easy too!
 
The BK2 is one serious slab of steel.
I've been tempted to strip mine too, but I'm just going to wear the finish off gradually though usage.
 
Beastly enough to tear fatwood apart, dainty enough to slice a tomato so thin, you can watch tv through it.

The 2 is a great blade... I like the way Moose described it.. Just yesterday I had mine out and about,gave it a little beauty treatment, painted under the handle slabs with spray paint to eliminate some slight rusting, re-coated the hardware black, and sharpened the pommel because beer and a file. Lol
 
The BK2 is a fantastic all-purpose tool that is up to nearly any task. The 2 is my go-to companion around my little ranch.
