So in a gun trade I got this as a sweetener (my gun was worth more he didn't have cash to balance it out) I thought titanium for a get off my gun knife would be great due to the weight. Well I carry my poking knife on a raven concealment pocket shield alongside a mag in my off hand front pocket. Well this sheath won't work for that. So I may have persec make one for it. (He's local I can hand him the knife and have it fit, I own a few of his holsters they are great) would kydex be bad to put around this knife? Why or why not?

I'm not 100% sold on the size I have XXL hands and nerve damage in my left arm from a car wreck. So thinking a 1" or so longer grip may be what I need. If so what is this thing worth/would do custom knife makers often take trades for work? Or sell outright and commission the profile I think I want?

For a only going to come out to stab/slash people knife (multi tool for working tasks is on me too) is titanium the ideal metal? Why or why not?

Ti alloy should be just dandy for weaponly purposes. If you get a kydex sheath you should have it lined inside with something soft so it won't scratch the knife blade.
