What a beautiful little knife! Photos really don't do it justice. The "sweet spot" was exceptionally dull, and as I sharpened it, it proved to be extremely hard. The tip and the rest of the blade came up to shaving edge really quick, but that chopping area took forever. Once sharpened, though, I chopped a couple of 2" tree limbs and whittled pine 2x4 with no dulling of the sweet spot that I could detect. My intention is to play with some sort of tactical carry rig or shoulder harness for it. I'll update the forum if I have any success.

That blade is about 60 Rc in the chopping area and although small the knife is made to do some serious work.

Keep us updated, Jack, and if you can send pix of the shoulder rig.

Many thanks for report from the field! Information is money in the bank.
