Hello All,
I got a Civilian for my Birhtday. It is a great piece. I add this to my Spyderco collection of the rescue,steel cricket,p.e. calyso,and harpy.Why if any of you folks can tell me was the civilian discontinued?I am glad I got one!

It still lists in the 2003 catalogue with G-10 scales. There was a limited run of Carbon Fiber handled models maybe that’s what they were thinking of. Or the original version with aluminum handles and Kraton inserts. You get the G-10 model? It is a kick butt backup weapon and sure as heck has a “cool factor” look to it! Good catch man!

:eek: Can someone please confirm that there is a Carbon Fiber Civilian out there somewhere???? Anyone got any leads on where I can get one?? Thanks
