I was messing around yesterday. I rewrapped my scrapivore like a katana wrap with black 550. I thought then that I'd take it a little further. So I dipped it in clear flex seal. Blew all the bubbles out, and made sure it was as even all over as I was gonna get. Let it cure for a night. Now I have a rubber handled scrapivore.

I Love Me A Good Handle Wrap...!
Really Like the Fact that You HID the Ends of the Paracord.
I Like a Clean Machine, with no moving or extraneous parts; when ya can get it.
Way to Go, to get something accomplished when You're Bored! 😯
Wonder what You could do when You're Motivated?!? ⚡
Great Job, Snardvark!

I appreciate that.. thanks dude! I do have a few plans for building my forge now that I finally have a house. Just need a few more fire bricks and I'll essentially be ready to heat these railroad spikes up lol

Looks like you won't lose your grip when using it. If you wear it as a neck knife, might want to make sure you have no chest hair first, or you may have none after.
Can confirm it likes pulling on chest hair haha, but no so much pulling it out. Just annoying lol. That being said a good beater will solve any problems with it.

This dude says, You Are Most Welcome!
You deserve some Kudos for that Way Cool Mod~ !
Thank You for sharing your CIA with us.

What's That?
Oh, Yeah; No:
Not anything to do with Undercover Clandestine Wet-Work or Federally-Funded Disinformation Programs;
No, No...
I Meant your Creativity-In-Action.

Build that Forge, Heat those Spikes, Hammer Away with Bludgeoning Precision, and You Will Have Such Confidence -- And, Ahem, Humility -- that you'll Feel like You can Conquer the World with Steel...!
There is NOTHING like crafting a simple tool with your own hands "that cuts like a knife..."
The Humility Quality is built-in, because NOT-A-THING goes exactly or according to plan, the first time around. Or the second, Or the third, Or ...
What's That? 57th Time is the Charm? Yeah, I've heard that, too...

Seriously, I Wish You All the Best in Forging Great Steel, Buddy...!
You just gotta bring it here to share for Show & Tell on what you craft,
so We can forge together vicariously through You as well...

Thanks for the encouragement fr. I will definitely share anything I make with you guys. I don't have many to talk to about this stuff.. hell.. about most anything. Ya'll are so supportive of the people that wander in here not knowing what to expect. Makes one think twice about knife spastics being weird, violent, or gruff. To get so much encouragement in this community is appreciated. So much (kinda cringey..I know.. I know.. but true)

Just wanted to say that you guys are great people. I genuinely mean that.

Now You're just trying to get Grown Men (& Women) with Bad-Ass Blades to Cry....

We won't fall for it.

Haha I like that. You're a good dude. I look forward to years of sharing knife relates things with yall. It's gonna be fun.

I have a blade that I've modded extensively and wont ever move. It just fits me too well.

I believe someday that I'll make a few from scratch. Who knows, they might even be GOOD?

😳 😁
keep on 🚚🚛🚒'n
I wouldn't mind seeing anything you decide to try and make for the record. That would be cool. I bet if you did it would be good. You handle nice knives constantly. Some of that attention to detail Jwrry and crew brings has to have rubbed off a bit I'm sure.
