Just got a Military, What a knife!!!!

I played the Starmate and the Military for
over 1 hour, finally pick the later, No reason,
it's really a hard choice!

I know sooner or later I will get the Starmate too!

I think maybe the Starmate's tip is a little stronger,
am I right? but I like the flat ground.

They both use 440V why the rockwell number of
Starmate is 59-61 and the Mil. is 56-58?
What is the number of the new Native with 440v?
I really would like to know si there any performance difference?

Sal, did you design the Mil.? Thanks for bring us
these wonderful things!

Alan,

Alan - All of our CPM-440V blades are heat treated to 55/56. Any deviation listed otherwise is not correct. We're trying to catch these errors as we come across them.

Yes the Military is one of mine. But "mine" really means "in house" which includes some of the R & D crew as well.

Hi Alan!
Did you pick a plain or a serrated military?
Congratulations for your fast decicion!
The only way I can settle such a conflict is to buy both.

I pick the plain one, it's more versatile.
I also want to try a serrated military...

I know it for sure that the best way is
to get both, (3,include the serr. Mil.)
but for now, I can just afford one
