I got this knife from a guy at work.

Can anyone speak on it's performance/construction/long term use etc?

Super light and ultra strong. I suspect this knife will be around 1000 years from now while the A2, 1095, SR77 and even our beloved INFI would have long since perished in the mist. The Beta Ti is very strong and takes a good edge although the rockwell is lower. No magnetic signature on these USA made pieces. Probably one of the best knives for diving available on the market. Good stuff by any standard!

Just like Talonite, you don't need to fret about moisture when using a Beta Ti blade.

Good info Stubai, thanks a lot! I have a flat tip Wenoka, but it's so uncomfortable. And for what I need a non-ferrous knife for, it's just not stout enough. High hopes for this MPK.

Great knife, we have a few guys at work (EOD) who carry them. I received mine from a Navy EOD while in Iraq. Extremely light, I have a partially serrated one with EOTD markings to trade for a plain edge one with the same markings.
