And I'm loving it ! I have owned/used Enduras and Delicas since '91 or '92 and I'm really really happy with the new ones. From the photos I was a little unsure of the new tip (thought maybe not "pointy" enough) in person its great.

This is a stout knife with a new tip that will be forgiving of "errrors" in use. This will be great for construction workers and firemen like myself who at time, well push our tools a little to far.

I have often recommended Delicas/Enduras to the guys, and I have seen a few broken tips. Put a fireman in a room with two bowling balls and one will turn up missing and the other broken....

I'm running late for work now. I just love this knife.

Can't wait to hear more about it! How are the ergos? The handle doesn't look that comfortable to my eyes, but I've been wrong about a Spyderco before...

Can't do photos sorry. Don't know about online sources, mine came right from Spyderco.I really like the thumb notches on the back of the "hump" and the handle as a whole feels good.I like the rounded end of the handle ,but one of the "points' on the handle (right under the logo) falls right on my middle finger and is a little uncomfortable.

The pattern on the handle makes for a sure hold. Love the Spyder on the blade.

Some may miss the more pointier blade of the last model as well as the thiner and lighter carry,I however welcome the changes. What little tests I've done I have found the tip goes into things with more ease then I thought. Takes a little push at first then it just slides right in.

Over all seems like a stronger more hard use Endura. My main edc carry knives have been a Manix, first Gen.LCC, and BM 710.The endura has been for workout clothes, out on the boat, back up knife in the field etc. This new one will make the first string.

Does Endura 4 have rivets in the handle, or torx screws?
The Catalog 2006 shows Endura/Delica 4 with torx screws. Photo at ebay shows (it seems to me) fixed rivets.

The Lightweight Endura and Delica 4 both feature all screw construction. The pics on E-Bay are likely to be of past models.

ROTFLMAO :D

I know more than a few firemen, more truthful a statement you'd be hard pressed to find.

Thx for the laugh bro.
