Thread title should read "Flipper" not "Flupper". My pup was pestering me at the computer.

Found a NIB Spyderco Spyderfly today at a yard sale. It's the rainbow model (B01PRB), 440C blade in the blackish/grey box. Paid $225 for it and a NIB Kershaw Titanium Tyrade. Split it down the middle and I paid $112.50 for each knife. The Tryade looks to have been selling for around $190-$220 when it was available so I think I did fairly well on that. Can't seem to find much on the Spyderfly as any place I can find it shows "Out of Stock' with no price listed.

I guess I could look at it as I paid $200 for the Kershaw and got the Spyderfly for $25 but I'd really like to know what it's actually worth? Also when was it made? Don't know when Spyderco changed to the current syle boxes?

As far as the Spyderfly goes I actually rather like the looks of the anodizing and it flips fairly well though at my low level of expertise any flipping that ends with not cuts or the blade sticking out of my foot, the dog or the living room floor is considered good flipping by myself and the rest of the family:D

We're getting thunderstorms at the moment so it'll be later today or tomorrow before I can post some pics.

TIA

Edit to add:

I found a website and learned that the EF marking on the box indicates my Spyderfly is from May, 2006, cool.
