Damn, what a nice knife. I was surfing through knives at a Collector's site and came across the moki knives. I'd barely heard about them, but it was all good to great. The picture at the site does the knife no justice whatsoever. It comes with a belt sheath which is handy. The fit is so tight that a small amount of pocket lint keeps it from locking up. It's a lockback, and is as tight and well assembled as any knife could be. 3-5/8" closed with a beautiful thin drop point VG10 blade. The blade is polished like a mirror. The stag cut bone, and the whole knife in general, looks way better in person than the pictures.
It came hair popping sharp right out of the box. The first thing I like to do with a new knife is to cut some paper, then re-profile it and put an edge on it. I'm not even touching this one till it needs to be touched up. It's almost too nice of a knife for me. What an under appreciated company Moki is. Those who have one love them. The Japanese take pride in their work, and this knife shows it. I can't get photos on here, but look them up and you can see what they look like.
I'm on a list for a custom knife, and hope I won't be disappointed compared to this one at less than half the price. Sounds like I work for Moki, but I'm just a happy customer.

Moki makes outstanding knives. The OP may not be able to post pictures, but here are mine, a large Kronos and a Glory:

If you want a high quality knife, I highly recommend Moki.

Got it, Grumpy, lo siento. I used my Moki tonight to skin a deer that a hunter shot. I just had to do it because that helped make a "user" out of it. It seems almost too nice to get messed up. The belt carry pouch that came with it works real well to keep it nice and lint free. It makes me appreciate my Queens, they're great users. No, I can't post pictures. The one posted above shows the great shape of the Kronos, and the blade shape, which I really like. It's hard to capture in pictures the contrast between the brushed bolster and the highly polished blade. It has the useful tip of a Wharncliffe with a nice swept cutting edge that can easily be re-profiled on an Edge Pro. The Kronos is the only one of their line that struck my fancy. Many of the others look too "fancy", not traditional.

I was thinking of a small Kronos as my next purchase. After reading the OP comments and seeing the pic of your Kronos I know it will be an immediate purchase.
Great looking knife,Lambertiana
