Got a problem on my Leek

You can open the blade and put some side pressure on the blade. Push against the side of a table or something. It should pinch the the female half in place so you can break the lock tite. Or you can heat up the lock tite.

I had the same problem one time. What I did was tighten the screw pretty hard and then put pressure on the part that you don't want to move (really hard) and loosen the screw. Worked for me! Good luck!

What is the best way to remove the thumb stud from the leek, mine is chewed up and i need to replace it with a new one.

Try putting a piece of rubber over the pivot area that is slipping on you and
tighten the pocket clip over the rubber then see if you can take the screw out.
