Ummm.. if I've got this right, you copy the URL from the navigation bar, and paste it into the thread. Then, you add
after the last of the URL address.

Well...first you need to upload a digital copy of your picture to an image hosting service such as PhotoPoint. Then you go to the page where your picture is hosted, get the URL address to it, and come back here. Chris is correct with the UBB tags for image posting:
