Wow. looks like 13 great years on the wall. My old hunting buddy used to say " Its on the wall and thats all!"

Beautiful! I notice you have a high ceiling so that you can hang the others high. I had one hanging low in a low ceilinged home and my wife cussed me rightously when she caught a tine in the side of her head.

My first archery deer was at close range like that. For several heartbeats it was a tossup who was startled the most, the deer or the guy sitting on the stump eating his sammich. Luckily, I recovered first. But it was a heart stopper for sure.

Sweet alternative mount. Full body next? :D

Spike more like 20 good years :)

I have passed a lot of deer and shot boxes full of smaller bucks when I was younger. They are all local Pa deer

Codger

I have shot a lot of deer on the ground and there is nothing like it for pump factor

I have a lot of full mounts in house and I am waiting for something really special for a full mount

Here is rest of that room

Thanks everybody Merry Xmas

I've always wished I had done a mount of the piebald I took some years back. I did get the hide tanned, but it is not quite the same. Nice mounts.

JParanee you are a man after my own heart, my Trophy room isnt nearly as nice as yours but I am young and still working on it. Going to Africa soon and it has been my dream since a young boy! Hope to land a Cape as good as you got. Thanks for the pics and mounting ideas!!

If I don't keep a child gate up my dogs climb on the crocs back to look out window
