Can anyone help with the date and value on some case knives.

The stamp on the first knife reads as fallows:
Front
CASE XX
STAINLESS
USA
Reverse
5265 SAB
SSP

On the second blade
SS
There are no dots on either side anywhere.

The stamp on the second knife reads as fallows:
Front
CASE XX
5172 SSP
Reverse
HAND MADE USA
. . .

Both knives have bone handles, they are both pretty large and both have blue floral patterns on the blade. The knives are in about 90% cond.

Knife number one has two blades, one is a bowie, I don't know what the other blade is called. Closed the first knife is 5 1/8" long, open 9 1/4".

The second knife's blade measures 1 3/8" from edge to top. The blade looks like a bowie but once more I am not sure if that is it's proper name. Overall the knife measures 9 5/8", closed 5 3/8".

That is basically all the info I can think to provide. If anything else comes to mind all edit.
Thank you in advance for any help that is provided.

From what you described, these sound like knives that were in the blue scroll series that were made in the early to mid seventies. The first one sounds like a two blade folding hunter with stainless saber ground clip blade and skinner blade. The second is the bulldog pattern with I think a large flat ground clip blade. I don't know the value of individual pieces, but if my memory is correct I know of a mint set that sold for $3,000.00. I can't remember how many pieces are in the set.
