Got lemons? Make leomonade!

two thoughts on that:
1) if i tried that, there'd be fingers mixed in with the lemons
2) its nice to see a non supersteel knife show that it doesnt take m390 to do solid work- just proper sharpening

These types of knives are my favorites to use and carry despite owning more expensive knives. I have a 10" shun in vg 10, a 7" sg2 santoku from shun, and another 8" sg2 shun. The kitchen knives that get used the most - all fibrox handled forschners. Freakin love my 8" forschner fibrox and 10" scimitar. Similarly with outdoor knives using mora's is just so pleasing. I love the look and feel of a good expensive knife, it just doesn't seem to be what I gravitate towards 90% of the time.

My guess by the white handle is potentially a tramontina, dexter-russell, or challenger series fruit knife.
