Got married on Thursday, and I'm really happy. Nice small ceremony(immediate family only), followed by wedding day tattoos and Red Lobster. Headed off to Niagara Falls, where we went to Marineland, the Maid of the Mist boat ride, Behind the Falls Journey(tunnels), the Butterfly Conservatory, and the revolving restraunt at the Skylon Tower(EXPENSIVE!).
Really beautiful place, with lots to do. I'd highly recommend it.
The Spyderco Kris was the "wedding knife," from matching the dress pants, to cutting the cake, to riding the train and seeing all the sights(Hooray for lack of metal detectors!:)).
Ah well, back to real life again, but it sure was fun!
Well, got to go and find something "Honeymoony" to do around here.

Congratulations, stabman. That sounds like a wonderful ceremony. I've always said, "A wedding without ink isn't a wedding in the eyes of the Lord!" ;)

Congratulations my friend.
Wish you all the best.
Is your new bride acquainted with your "collecting" habits yet?
Wait, you used a Spyderco Krys to cut the wedding cake....
Sounds like she's well aware of your habits. :)

Again, congratulations.

Cheers
Dave

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I wish you and your bride many happy years of love & laughter.

If you're having trouble thinking of something "honeymoony" to do...

Maybe we should move this thread to W&C or even beyond.

Congrats.. My wife and I visited each of those places last summer for our anniversary... Nice trip..

Thanks for all the well wishes!
And don't worry Gollnick, I figured it out.;):D
And yes, it really IS beautiful in Niagara Falls. Totally lives up to all the hype; I recommend it to everyone, whether you're married, dating, or single. There's stuff for everyone there.
There wasn't too much ice this time of year, either.:D

How's married life treating you now? Still in the wow! I did a romantic trip to the Vic Falls some years back before the crisis, and soon after marrying. The trip was spectacular. Cruise above the falls, white water rafting below. Chasing the warthog from our cottage kitchen................ The only ice was in the drinks.

As for Niagra oneday, oneday.

More proof I picked the right woman; today, she bought me a Benchmade Mini-Dejavoo!!! Awesome!
And to top it off, it was a wedding present from her. Does she have her priorities right when it comes to gifts or what?:D
First the Anniversary dagger(first year of dating), then the Christmas Civilian, and now this.
I'm in Knife Knut heaven!
