A few Months ago, Robert Hankins posted his small chef's knife and I wanted one ever since.

I got one last week and gave to my wife. She loves it! She says: "I'm da Man!"...and that is good!

It is a truly nice piece of cutlery. Smaller than the standard chef's knife. It measures about 11" OAL and is super comfortable. Now she cutting and chopping all day, making stews and soups for College Football Saturdays....and that is why: "I'm da man!"

Take care,
Rob...(da man!):D

Congrat's to you both, Rob. There's nothing like having a custom to use in the kitchen. That is where most of my knife use is.:)

Does great work on his coote grinder, with your fine work on your grinders you should try your hand at grinding a blade,
with your engineering back ground you should be able to come up
with some nice patterns.
Nathan;)

Congraat's,Now dont let it start getting dull or she will fuss at you:D :D :D Hope you bought her a new Cutting board to go with it,By the looks of it she would probably cut right through the counter top in no time if you didn't.:DGlad to see I am not the only guy that likes to spoil his wife....

Thanks a lot, Rob and Robert -- I was reading your post last evening when my wife walked in, and now my (non-paying) order list is one deeper!

That's a nice knife, looks like a convex grind and very comfortable handle. Excellent, thanks for showing us.
