All I can say is WOW!My first though was this thing could cut up a 55 gal drum.I love the scales. The edge is very sharp although the grind on one side isn't as deep as the grind on the other side.
I have had one thought in mind ever since I opened the package and got a look a the scales, and that was'I need a pair of 1911 grips made out of this to match the knife' is there any place that makes grips out of it?

u812,
Congrats on your BA-e, one of my favorite blades :D:D

In reference to the edge grind you mention that is the Busse Asymmetrical grind, one side is flat and the other is convex. This edge has been tested extensively. For more info just do a search on this forum

:D:D

Thanks,I have never had a blade with a edge style like that.I just thought it looked odd.I can tell it dosn't hurt cutting at all.
Busse really needs to think about contracting out a small shop to do pistol grips for them.
It would be nice to have a high end fixed blade with scales that exactly match your pistol.

Sounds good, u812 . . . but I'd look right confused when I drew my Battle Mistress and it didn't go bang.

Well heres a really cool thing about me.I am left handed with a pistol and right handed with a knife so that would take care of that problem.
