Yeah, I've done the same with mine, using the ranger band also to hold a small flashlight and a fero rod.
 
I haven't gotten the scales yet, however I am using my 14 while working on the car... It is quite the great little mechanic! Even if I'm not :D
 
How are you guys getting these scales so quick? I ordered mine on the 14th and I still got zippo. Maybe a call to Tomar's is in order.
 
mine came in today too...awesomesauce! been carrying it today with the orange on....sweetness!

Mine came in today, love em. Makes it a whole different animal. Fits fine with the Azwelke sheath too.
