Got My BK9

Hi everyone! 3 days ago I received my BK9, just as I expected it was there when I got home. Then I opened the package like a greedy child opening a box of candy in a corner!:D



Hey Ausseknifeknut! You're right, I love this beast! Really well balanced knife!:)


My son wants one too!:D


On the second day after I got it, I took it outside.

Congrats on the 9, one of my favs. Nice looking collection you have there. I need to make some liners for my 9 as well.
 
Ahhhh, I remember the 1st time I held my 9. Such an amazing blade! Congrats on yours and may it have many wonderful customizations in its future!

The liners look great. Is their primary purpose just for looks? ...or are they intended to help prevent moisture from getting to the tang? Just got my first 9 two weeks ago and before it even arrived I bought another one. Now that I have them both I'm thinking one can't have too many BK9's.

mine is for looks and adds a little thickness to the grip,i don't think it help in moisture prevention.
 
Gotta love white liners with the grivory.

Really changes the feel of the knife (I know it's not a 9, but the handle is the same)
 
Thank you Sir for your patronage...... I am glad that you like my blades and I hope my blades continue to work well for you ..... The Ten is a very serendipitous design in the sense, that I had pretty low expectations for it until I got the first proto and then it all changed for the better..........
