Blade was oversharpened, one handle had a crack, and I wanted a deep carry clip. I fully expected to pay for the blade, but they replaced it free of charge! Edge is almost perfect, very sharp, and it's tuned perfectly out of the box. Very impressed to have a fully free swinging, drop shut blade without having to break it in or do any pivot tuning myself. Centered as well!
Great job Benchmade! Love all of the ones I've bought so far, looking into a 940 of some variety next... Maybe a 940-2...
