WOW!!! I love this knife. It just arrived today and it's even better then I expected. I love the size of the blade and handle, as well as the shape of both. Very comfortable in the hand, great all around blade shape and perfect size for EDC. The lockup on this thing is as tight as any folder I've ever felt. Absolutly no blade play at all, in any direction. The finish on both the handles and the blade is top notch as well. I really appreciate the grooves on the edges of the handles and the machining on the side for grip. The edge on this is incredibly sharp, one of the sharpest factory edges I have seen. The action is a little stiff, but I was expecting that. I understand why. With it set up this way, there is almost no chance of it opening accidently in your pocket, but with a firm flick of the flipper the blade pops open with authority.
The quality of this knife rivals that of the small Sebenza that it is replacing as my EDC, amazing considering the price of this knife. The Sebenza is an incredibly high quality knife, but I like the feel of this one better, plus after selling the Sebenza, I'll be able to pay for this knife, the Surefire E2 I got at the same time, and still have some cash left in my pocket.
I sure hope Camillus keeps up this relationship with Darrel Ralph, they are putting out some wonderful knives with outstanding quality for a great price. I just wish I could legally carry a 5.5" blade here, then I'd have to get a Maxx and an Aftermath as well.
