I just got done reading the catalogue cover to cover, and then when on the EMI Web-site as I was hoping that the CQC-15 Knife I wanted after looking at the catalogue, was available in a Total Left Handed Model. NOPE it is a right handed world.:foot:

The closest I know of being a complete left handed model are a few lefty 6s. Emerson will drill and tap any model for left hand carry however. Get the 15, you will not be disappointed.

Well I was vacillating between a CQC-7, and a Commander, both available in a true Left Handed Version. Leaning toward the Commander because of the more flexible blade design for my needs. After viewing the catalogue, I happened on the CQC-15 and saw what appear to be the best of both knives. But is is a RIGHTY, and yes I do understand I can get it Drilled, Tapper, and the Clip Relocated for a Southpaw for only $25.00.

I had never looked for a leftie friendly knife so I just have learned something new.

Regardless, both are pretty dang sweet. The 15 does an excellent job with combining the tanto and recurve. I never thought I would like it but when I was gifted mine it hasn't left my pocket. Well. It's a battle between the 15 and EOTAC (which also has a recurve).

I do everything Left Handed, except shoot a Long Guns & Shotguns. Than I cross over to be a Right Handed Shooting.

Drove the DI's when I was in Boot Camp wacko, when they asked who is Left Handed, and after asking permission to speak I explain my Right Handed Long Gun thing.

Never realized that was weird being Left Handed, and Shooting a Rifle Right Handed, as I spent years in NRA Jr. Marksmanship Program, achieving all the awards, medals, and winning many competitions shooting Right Handed.

I'm right handed, but left-eye dominant, so I shoot lefty. It sucked to have hot brass flying at you shooting from a prone position at first, but a little modification with a deflector plate took care of that.
