park ranger is my favorite busse model of all time. Bought one back when they launched, unfortauntely had to sell it to cover some bills.

Finally got another one and the new para 2 showed up at the same time.

its crazy good. way better than the standard pm2 g10 pattern.

It even looks awesome. I am on the fence on the S45VN otherwise I'd scoop it up (well that and the fact that I don't need ANOTHER PM2). And I'm right there with you: the Park Ranger is awesome. It doesn't get the acclaim that it obviously deserves.

Park Rangers are excellent, I carry mine everyday. I usually pair it with a Spyderco Endura in the back left pocket. Park Ranger rides in the front right one.
