Got my first Becker

Recently got a BK14. Great knife, just the right size for what I need, stripped, patina'd, cleaned up the edge...factory scales, and the TDI clip.The sheath and clip are sub-par, a shame for such a great knife.
This knife deserves a better sheath... What options are there for a proper horizontal carry leather sheath?
Anything for less than the cost of another knife?

Congrats on the new steel!

There aren't very many leather sheaths for less than the price of the 14 that I am aware of, but I'm more of a kydex fan myself, and there's a few reasonable kydex options out there. But, you're probably looking at $30-40 net for a proper replacement sheath.

Nix is a good guy that does show Very good work. I have yet to purchase from him, but have seen quite a bit in my research.

Congratulations on obtaining your BK-14 and welcome about, shipmate.

I got one of those Case horizontal sheaths. It was around $7 or $8 IIRC and while OK, I wouldn't exactly call it a stout unit. It was certainly OK for the money but that's about as far as I'll go.
