... and I am so impressed!
I got today Buck Vantage Pro with S30V and smooth G-10 handles. And wow!
I expected a lot bulkier knife (based on images I saw) but this has nice and slimmer profile, feels good in my hand. Low riding pocket clip is very nice. I heard that many had problems with Vantage Pro's blade centering. Mine was nearly perfectly centered. No rubbing against liner.
Blade: My first S30V blade ever. Dang this thing is sharp. It easily push cuts thru paper like paper wouldn't be there. Liner lock snaps loudly and feels solid.
Only slight negative thing I found this sample that the tang extension used as flipper had sharp edges but its nothing a whetstone and diamond file did not fixed.
This won't be my last Buck knife. That is for sure. Next on the line are Buck 55 / Prince and venerable classic the Buck 110. I have to say for $49,95 this knife was a steal.
