Got my first Busse!!!!!OMG

I got my first Busse in the mail few days ago, a muddy meaner. It won't be my last. The fit and finish are amazing. I also have 2 rats, A hrlm and a mini mojo, but I think i will make my meaner my EDC. I notice the grain on the busse scales is a lot finer, and the handle is sooo comfortable. I will post some pics once I get my sheath from chuddy bear. I don't know what I'm gonna get next. I really want a SFNO or a FSH but I don't think i'm ready to spend that much o a knife... ...yet. Maybe i'll get a batac...
 
congrats on the nice score!! the meaner is one of my favorites.


order an ash1, the cg is very reasonable. the others you mention are not only hard to come by, but command quite a premium.

You should have asked before you got involved into the Busse allure! Now, there is no turning back! You can never have enough! The "Busse virus" has already started to show its symptoms on you: YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE NEXT ONE :D :p ;)!
Welcome to INFI-land! Kids go to play to LEGO-land, "older kids" go to play to INFI-land! BTW, the meaner that you got is a great and very versatile knife. Congratulations on your first Busse; it certainly won't be your last one!

Congrats, my first was LrMs, same knife, different thickness / grind (although it's mighty close to the Muddy Meaner). I think it's the ultimate EDC !

Maybe I'll have to pick up an ASH1. I'm thinking desert olive w/black g10, or urban grey w/tan micarta mags. I don't really have the funds right now, how long do you suppose those will be avalable at the shop?

They are usually up a couple of months... but you never really know. Jerry usually lets us know here before they are taken down and a new model put up. But... You don't pay for your order until they are ready to ship (which is usually a couple of months)... so you'll have plenty of time to save up. :D
