Wooohooo!!!!! Got my first Busse, a rare find these days, a pristine NIB Basic 7. I'm shocked that Cliff Stamp could destroy a Basic 7, this thing's a tank!!! And I thought I was hard on knives. Surprisingly, it cuts quite well for it's thickness. I cut and whittled some marshmellow sticks for the kids last night to roast over a backyard campfire and the Basic 7 performed admirably. Wonderful knife, great size, great balance, nice full flat grinds, and an edge that's finer than frog's hair split on both ends! :D
 
It's a sad day when nobody gets a Busse.

Maybe tomorrow someone will get a good knife.

Perhaps you should now consider changing your name to "Somebody".

Thanks folks! I think I'll remain Nobody. It's a lot easier to get real business done behind the scenes when you're Nobody. If your Somebody, Anybody and Everybody want to be in your business. When Nobody cares, he can operate unencumbered. :p
 
Do you remember when Wavy Gravy had a presidential campaign for a pig named Nobody?

He had a bunch of slogans like:

"Because Nobody understands your needs."

"Because Nobody cares about you."

"Because Nobody knows how to do the job."

P.S. Wavy Gravy picked me up, hitchhiking, about 15 years ago, and took me several hundred miles. Funny Guy. He's done a huge amount to help needy kids too, out of his own pocket and with his own time.
