While looking at my local knife shop I noticed a gently used Skinny ASH with kydex sheath. I had a Marlowe Gents Tactical folder laying around and was able to trade pretty much straight accross. I thought I did pretty good.

Im still waiting on two other Busse's but this one came along at a opportune time. Its a muddy brown coating with tan Mags. I know its the skinny one but its still beefy and will make a hell of a camp blade.

....and so it begins....

Sigh...

Another one joins the collective.

The shop put a nice edge on it and raised the shoulders just a bit. I can litterally shave with this thing.

congrats,,,,,,,,,bro... dont think we are all crazy because of the knob creek posts,, the forum is "Going through a Moment" we are real fun!!!!!!!!!!! most of the time.

I need to figure out where these people are going to, that they are finding Infi at pawn shops and gun stores etc. I have never even seen another piece, other than the ones I have. I have never met another owner. I guess I need to move. Or I need to start wandering the local gun/pawn shops etc.

nice grab.

Amen to that...we usually play together pretty good:thumbup:

Matter of fact I'm going to lock that thread up!!!:p

I can understand the fervor. I looked at the pics...man some nice blades for sale...and in the state of my birth. Wish I could have been there.

You need to come down to the southwest corner of the state. There are quite a few of us in the Clark and Skamania Co area and Portland.

Pawn Shops are not the way to go here.....heck, in 3 years I have only seen (and bought) the only Busse I found at a GunShow!!!!

I haven't seen too many impressive knives at gun shows. But then again, I have only been to a handfull of medium-sized ones.

The nice thing about finding one at a pawn shop is that they probably wouldn't know what they really had. Or at least that's how I imagine it to be.

I have Deadhead Archer to thank for introducing me to Busse Combat. It actually took me a couple of months to process how outstanding his blades were before I started wanting one. One year, a couple blades, and a few bucks later....NO REGRETS!!
