I was up to six and a few of them the special ones but I'm settled down to a black scaled standard, orange standard and a Ti. Not sure if I'm keeping the Ti yet.
Every serious knife user should own a Military. It's just such a great knife and one that will be talked about years after it's gone, if it ever is. The super pointy point, cutting edge length, blade profile, multi-grip handle, and weight to strength ratio make the Military a top pick anytime one is looking for a large folder that's easy to carry and does many things well. It's a jack of all trades yet still a master at a few things. Ironically, considering its overall large size, the Military excells when you are choked up on the front choil using the point to do something micro fine like surgcally extracting a splinter with the very tip of the blade. I have actually stuck the point through my skin, into small splinters and ratcheted them out the same hole they created going in with the orange Miltary.
