I got my boker kalashnikov in the mail today.I got the manual version instead of the auto.It wasn't very sharp out of the box but a few hits on a sharpening steel and it was nice and sharp.The box is extremly cool it is shaped like an ak-47 clip.The pocket clip is awesome it rides so deep in my pocket all you can see is the clip.I went with the manual version so i could carry it. I think i will get the auto version later, I handled it this weekend at a gun and knife show.:thumbup: I have been waiting on it since december 26.That was a long wait.

I have one of the older models without the pocket clip and I agree it is a very well made knife for the price.
I'm not too familiar with the newer ones, by my knife is very nicely finished, even the blade coating is well done.
and the box shaped like an AK magazine is great.
