My first new HI in quite a while, made by Kumar. I really like the feel on this little guy, and the overall look is just neat. As should be expected with such a small, thick knife, the edge was a little "robust" but some careful work with a belt sander, a block of wood and lots of loose 3M paper has given it a nice, thin, convex edge--actually one of the better I've achieved. Problem is, by the time I'd tested the whole edge with all its curves I had an almost entirely bald forearm. Fun to see those hair leap away though! :)

Very happy I snagged one. As always, thumbs up to Uncle Bill, Kumar, and the whole group!

I can't, I'm afraid. I've never replaced my old digital camera. There's a good pic here and as near as I can see by the grainlines in the wood, it is indeed that one which found its way to me. :)

Great work, timpani...! That's what I like to see - sure wish we had pics, but I'll settle for a good imagination instead...:D
