Got my new BK16 in this week!

Got my new BK16 in this week. Haven't had much time to use it because of clinical rotations in vet school. I did manage run it through my sharpmaker and clear some weeds though. So far I'm loving this thing. It fits my hand perfectly and cuts like a dream. I even like the stock sheath; however, that may be swapped for some kydex in the future. I slapped the coyote scales on it and really like the color contrast. I am wanting to get some stainless or brass screws/nuts for it.
Now I'm planning my next Becker purchase... Probably going to be a 9 or a 4...

Congratulations! I got my 16 about two weeks ago myself. You'll get plenty of use out of the knife. Between the 16 and my 9 I'm rapidly working my way through the jungle that is my back yard.

My wife and I are taking our anniversary trip to Charleston and plan to do some hiking while we are there. I'm sure I will find some excuse to use it and take some pictures while we are there. The 14 may make an appearance too. It definitely made short work of our backyard jungle though!
 
Very cool! I just came back from having a fire this morning, my BK16 is one of my favorite Becker's, second only to my BK9, well, third if you count Ethan....:D If you're wondering which to get next, the 9 is a good choice. :p
 
Thanks for all the replies everyone! Definitely looking forward to using it and putting it through its paces. That finish is just too crisp and clean for my liking. Needs a few scuff marks
