My umnumzaan came in the mail yesterday. There's really nothing like using a sebenza to open a postal box containing an umnumzaan. What more can a knife guy ask for?
This is my second CRK in two weeks and a large sebenza isn't too far in the future...yes the addiction has taken over.
I am impressed with this knife. This thing is a beast. Big but not bulky, weighty but not heavy if that makes any sense. Pictures don't do it justice (especially not my pictures) this is a knife that must be held and opened and closed and turned in your hand and felt to really appreciate.
I got the take down kit and free shipping for the low low price of $400 (I hope my wife doesn't find out what it costs).
I'm torn...I really want to EDC it but I don't want to scratch it up. I've never had a safe queen. I always use my knives and I'm sure I'll use this one too. But it's hard when it's brand new and looks so good.
If/when I decide to EDC it I'll reverse the spacer screw. That really made a big difference in my sebenza (as suggested by THE PUNISHER in my sebbie thread)
