hey joe just wanted to drop you a line letting you know i got my knife back yesterday and couldnt be happier with it

thanks again for all your help and i hope that can of worms didnt get to bad the last thing i wanted to do was get ya in trouble.

Glad you got your knife back. I hear unbelievable stories regarding Buck's customer service.

I was at a store yesterday and this guy was showing me his 110 from the 70's. The blade had a "U" stampped in the tang and I told him that this was a modern blade and his knife looked too new to be almost 25 years old.

"oh yeah," he says "I sent the knife back to Buck since the blade was loose and they gave me a new blade and polished it up. I really didn't expect that..."

Typical story from the customers of Buck, huh?

you know it. of all the companies i have had the pleasure of doing buisiness with buck is the most customer freindly operation i have run into

joe made the proccess as easy as possible always dropped notes informing me of things along the way and always made sure whatever they though was ok with me before anything was done.
without a doubt the nicest service experience i have had with any company knives or not

kudos to joe and his crack staff at buck knives.
