I was having some minor issues with the knife so I contacted Richard of RS Wright Knives to see if I could send it in to be fixed. I was ready to pay and everything and he tells me just send it in and he'll fix it free of charge. Super easy to deal with and got the knife back in excellent condition. Not to mention pretty quickly. Im thinking it was less than a week turnaround. He also upgraded the lock mechanism to his newer style for free as well.
Anyway love his knives and the customer service was top notch. It flips out like crazy also. This thing is a beast!
