Got My SAR4!! Addiction out of control.......

Well I got lucky and picked up from what I understand, to be the last G-10 SAR4! On the same day I got even luckier and picked up a 2nd one from a member here on the site, selling his!!!

What an awesome blade! I had planned to use it for EDC but I think it might be a hair too big for that. Guess we'll have to give it a try! At least with two now I can abuse one and queen the other!!

Man oh man, I've only been into Busse for about 3 weeks and I already have 7 knives!!!! Somebody stop the madness!!!

Does anyone have a size large Busse t-shirt? The store only has giant sizes and I'm just not that giant. I think I've earned my place to start advertising my love for my new most favorite sharpened piece of steel ever made!!!!!!!!

7 blades in 3 weeks, yep that's a classic sign of infi-ection. Apart from Black rifles and ammo Busses are the best investment going just now so no need to fear. Think of them as money in the bank.

You got a BM yet? Can't have a collection of Busses without a Mistress to run the harem.

A Busse t-shirt in L now there is a grail!

Im a newbie busse fan myself. I bought the SAR4-LE and then the SAR4-Special ed. (totally in love with the design of the sar4!).

Orange isnt my friend so i passed on the latest one, but im keeping an eye out for other colors ;).
 
In all actuallity ,,,, the SAR4 (Search And Rescue 4) should be bright Orange!

A miracle from Gawd you ever locate a *L* Busse shirt....lol . I , myself , am awaiting future grip options ,,,,,,, probably the ones that we'll never see,,,,,, but I can dream !!!!!!

Don't worry about the *madness* ,,,,,, it'll stop,,,,,,, when you don't have any more money left. :D:D
 
With a 4 and 7/8 inch blade, the SAR-5 is just under the Texas 5-inch blade carry restriction - as such, I'd EDC it - in the right sheath with its weight distributed properly (horizontal carry?) I think the SAR-4 would work well. Personally , I can't wait to carry mine around the Hill Country!

Hey I started about the same time . I feel ya . My first purchase was a set of 4 LE's and I have bought 4 more Busse's since then . I LOVE them . Can't wait to go to Blade to see what kind of score's I get in Atlanta .:D Happy Hunting

Actually the law says 5.5 inch blade!! Just read it! So no problem with legality. Also, when I measure the cutting surface I get 4.5 inches, 4 7/8 if you measure the whole steel surface to include racitti (sp) and talon hole; so either measurement is good. It's just a matter of how a knife that size feels on the hip and getting my kydex sheath set up just right! The more I handle it though the more I love it. It is a really sweet knife!!! :thumbup::)

I thougt the blade length in Texas was 5 1/2 inches. I may be mistaken however.

I know. I had it coming. And I still can't bring myself to part with my Sebe!! But if the perfect offer comes along....:D:D:D
 
Make it with Red/Blk G-10 next and I'd buy one to!!! As long as the wife dosen't seen the C/C bill HAHA...
