Got my sebenza back, better than new!

The action on my small sebenza was always super tight and difficult to open unless I backed the pivot screw out a tiny bit. After taking it apart and reassembling again and again, trying out different lubes along the way and getting no better results I sent it off to CRK for service.

I got it back yesterday and now it's PERFECT! So smooth. Now I fully know why everyone loves the pivot bushing so much. And the great customer service!

They gave it the full spa treatment as well, so I'll have to put it to work and get some love marks on the handles

Isn't it great in todays "throw away society" that there is still a high quality product supported by the manufacturer who will refurbish, adjust, or fix there product for years to come? I had sent back a small classic that was not right and when it came back from CRK it was like I had a new knife.

I must say it is one of the many reasons that a small Sebenza is my EDC

You can't beat CRK customer service. That kind of service is a dying art.
