Got the eskabar a couple days ago, haven't done any thing to the knife itself yet but...

I used paracord to connect the molle webbing to the stock sheath while at the same time using the paracord to make loops for horizontal belt carry on my left side. Still have to fill tin with supplies, will update as I go.

I remember looking at the BK11 and the izula and trying to decide between the two and lamenting that the 11 blade on the izula handle would be perfect. Then they started making it and I snatched one up.

It was my second Becker as well. Since that time it has been my EDC knife. It's a great knife! Time to get something a little bit bigger. A BK7 or BK9, perhaps?

2nd also. BK2 was first. 14 is the most used. I usually find something to do with it everyday.

What do you plan on supplying the Tin with???? I like the idea and setup, Maxpedition pouch? Like to see the back side of the pouch and how you attached the sheath to the Pouch.. Thanks!

Prepsheriff, it's a maxpedition strobe/GPS/compass pouch. I don't have a photo of the back but there is 3 horizontal molle webbing about 1 3/4" long, I used paracord to strap it to the sheath while at the same time making paracord loops to attach to a belt in scout carry on my left side. Works quite well. So far I have some first aid stuff, some sandpaper for field sharpening, a maglight solitaire led flashlight, leather man squirt ps4, and some shimano powerpro braid 10 pound fishing line. I plan on putting in a fire steel, mini big lighter, some tinder of some sort (maybe dryer lint) and a piece of a foam place mat for a backing for sharpening with the sand paper. Other things that will fit that I might think of.

Very nice setup. Give us a brand name on the pouch and tin though, and a little info about where you found it if you don't mind.

It's a maxpedition strobe/GPS/compass pouch I ordered from greatadventure.ca and the tin i got with a pack of smokes I bought, it approx 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1". The tin fit the pouch just snug, I could slide thin supplies in the pouch with it. Hope that helps.

Here's some pics, hard to get 5 mins, my wife is sleeping from working night shift and I'm taking care of a 4 year old son and 1 1/2 year old daughter, CRAZY, lol.

Last pic is my 2 Beckers and soon will be ordering a bk2.

Well I added a mini bic lighter, button compass, and a bear grylls fire steel from the ultimate survivor knife sheath (hated that knife, but the firesteel works at least) in with everything else in the tin.

Also just ordered a BK2, so now I'll have a Becker drop point trifecta of awesomeness!!! (Bk2, Bk16, Bk14)

So here's an update pic with more in the tin and a convexed edge on the bk14, gotta say convexing with mouse pad and sandpaper is easy and effective. Still some more room in the tin.

I paracord wrapped the bk14 for now and gave it an adjustable lanyard. Not sure if i'm going to buy handle scales or make them. I have some purple heart and bird's eye yellow cedar. The lanyard acts as a secondary retention.
