Got my second Strider!

Woohoo! I finally won a Strider on Ebay! It's a HT. I got a good deal on it too. I won it for $275 and I think they usually go for about $325. :D

It'll be my second Strider. I got a MFS a couple weeks ago. I can't wait until this one arrives! I hope the finish is as nice as my MFS.

This custom-knife collecting is going pretty well so far. It was worth taking that second job on weekends flippin' burgers down at the corner diner.

Sweet knife! I think that the HT is one of my overall favorite Striders. An easy to carry fixed blade, great spearpoint, nice guard... great! Good price too, congrats :)

And congrats on the extra job thing. I was on te bus once and this young dude (12ish, maybe a bit younger) had some boots or bindings for snowboarding, that cost around $275 Canadian. His friends came on the bus and were thrilled with his gear. The dude mentioned he has a little job and bought them himself, and his friends just said he was lucky. Heh, he worked hsi butt off while the other guys were playing nintento for 10 hours a day! Bravo to that guy who wanted something, worked for it, and got it. I learned a lot from that guy!

I hope that's not the picture of the actual knife you received, it says "linton" on the blade and not strider. From what I've read, Linton likes to copy strider designs.

I regret that USN was down today. Imagine my disappointment when I headed over to the Strider Forum with this idea and saw that it was down. :(

That's OK, a few of you suckers made my day! :D

(Did ya like the part about the second job? That was my favorite part. ;) )
