Received the book this week. For a Spyderco nut it was nirvana. I finally got to see all the early models and understand the reasoning behind them. Most importantly I think I understand the logic behind Spyderco. If you think of Colin Chapman or Alex Moulton and translate that to knives then you have Sal and Spyderco. Thanks to the Spyderco Outlet for shipping it right away.

I just received my book as well, and being new to the knife world, found it very informative.

The highlight of the book for me is the Scuba Probe. Until that point, I wasn't even aware of its existence. Upon seeing it, however; one thing has been keeping me awake at night...

Could River City Sheaths make a neck sheath for one? (hmmmmm)...Ha!
