Got my test results back today

Well like the title says I got my results back today, turns out I have a severe case of sleep apnea. Doc said I went way below the amount of oxygen i should be getting, and that I'm going to have to go on an oxygen machine thing :grumpy: Guess it's not so bad, he said It could give me some life threatening heart problems but, guess I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I'm too young for this shit :thumbdn:

On the plus side, I got in to a course! "life skills for employment" get paid to go and will hopefully up my chances of getting a job once its all finished. Anyway, I'll shut up now :foot:
 
Hey, good luck on both of them. At least you found out about the apnea, that's a killer if you don't take care of it.

And paid training? Yes! :)
 
Yeah its good to know! Will be nice to be getting some money in, seems like forever since I had that green stuff lol.

Hey Jesse, don't be afraid of the CPAP machine. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel once you truly have a good nights sleep. I have absolutely no issues with mine. I can't imagine sleeping without it. You are saving your life...
 
I have several friends who use CPAP machines and all of them report life-changing results with them.
