Got my TGLB..

It kind of looks like a swirl in the coating to me, a few of mine with black coating have had the same issue. Doesnt matter once it gets used, kind of gives it a distinctive birthmark.
 
Mine has a small pimple in the coating, infact many of the coated knives will have some small defect. It will in no way affact the performance of the blade. If the cosmetic blemish bothers you, email the crew at busse and see what your options are (you will find they are a great bunch and always helpful). But IMHO use it the hell out of it and you will never notice it again.
 
Like Barnes said it looks like a swirl, which is normal. It also looks like a bubble. Hard to tell.

What I would do is delete this thread and contact the shop to see if they can fix this up for you real quick. I am sure they will help. I know it's a bummer to wait for almost 3 months and get a blade that shouldn't have left the shop, but it happens with all knife companies. The difference with Busse is that they will fix it, cover shipping, and get it back to you as quickly as possible. I've sent a blade back to Scrap Yard for less than that, and had it back in a week or two. They were happy to help me.
