Hey Guys:

it came on Saturday (fast service!), and got it this morning.

This thing is an ANIMAL!! If a bowie is like a doberman, this khuk handles like a pitbull! The horn handle feels perfect in my hand, the blade is awesome.

I do have a question for you guys, as I am a khuk newbie:

how do I sharpen this thing? I know it comes with a burnisher, but I'm not sure how to do that exactly. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a feeling that siru is coming today...

Anyhow, sharpening help would be VERY much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
 
Congrats on the new blade. You are going to love it. I sure do mine. I don't have one but many will agree that the round ceramic rods remove very little steel and conform more easily to the shape of the blade.:)

I was in the same boat. I got BOTH the WWII and Siripati. Was on bread and water diet for awhile but that didn't wipe the manic grin from my face...

Funny, I seem to have lost some weight in the year or so since I discovered the HI cantina. Wonder why?
