Whenever I'm home in Sweden I usually carry a Spyderco or similar, since we don't have any particular legal definitions of a pocket knife here. In Denmark they do however. 2.75 inch blade, no locking and no one hand opening. I usually carry a Vic Spartan whenever I'm in the land of good hot dogs and pastry (yeah, that's Denmark). The SAK does do the job, but I've been looking for something a little more classy and I was really happy to find that this beauty also has a blade just around 2.75. It's a Case Rancher Sowbelly in CV carbon steel and burnt stag handles, it arrived today and I really love it.
