Hi fellas. After much reading and evaluation, I've decided to boost my arsenal with some new ESEE's. Just ordered two 4's ( one black, one desert tan) and and a 6 in black. ( got an F1 Fallkniven in the mail today also!)
I think this will equip me quite substatially for a while to come. I got one 4 for the B.O.B, and one for the backpack. The 6 will be my main blade I think for major bushcraft chores. I have handled all the ESEE's before I purchased. I like the 3 , but I'd rather use a folder for that length, and the 5 is just too thick for my tastes, albeit a very fine knife.
I think I made a very good decision to join the ESEE family, and will post pics as my adventure with them begins. Thanks for the inspiration !! :D

Yep! I got an Izula, RC-6 with Pack Kit, and the next ones on my list are the HEST, Junglas, and Lite Machete. I just ordered the Junglas Laserna Pack and I'm runnin low on money and the list is growing!

I just purchased an RC-6. i'm not that old and i don't have a job so cash is tight. but ive owned a lot of knives and i know what i'm looking for. my RC-6 was a big investment for me and it'll be the first ESSE knife i've ever owner. I've got high hopes for it. From everything that I've heard ESSE makes some of the best knives

Thanks guys ! A lot more dirt time coming up, so they will be put to hard use.I take my 8 yr. old son along, so the old man can show him the ropes too.

The outstanding warranty makes me feel at ease also. Great job ESEE ;)

thanks guys. yah the blade looks incredible. i cant wait until i can brake it in. and ESEE has an incredible warranty.. though i doubt i'll even need it

Congrates on your new ESEE's. I too have just joined the group with what I feel is some of the nicest knives I have ever purchased for the purpose intended. I bought three 4's and two 5's. (I am going to share the love)
I am very excited!

Great group here !!

I haven't totally discounted getting the 5 actually. But I've made a TON of knife purchases lately, so the knife budget is kinda low:mad: Therefore , I got to wait some before I buy more steel. The izula certainly is in my budget though:thumbup: I have a Becker Necker ( great knife , btw) but if I get another Neck knife, it will certainly be an izula. I like the handle a lot better.
I have to take a knife inventory actually, because I actually forget some of them sometimes:eek:
Time to go out and wear some blade coats down:D
