Well, I was going thru my safe and I found a Spyderco that is really cool, I remember buying it years ago but don't know which model it is. I also found about 10 Ladybugs. So I got on the forum here which I haven't been on forever. I was always into buying Chris Reeve Knives. So I heard so much about these Spyderco Paramilitary 2 knives I had to get some.

My first one I bought and I received today was a brown sprint run PM2. Really nice. I also have 2 black regular ones coming tomorrow. I then went to BB and pre-ordered 2 of the blue PM2. Then today I saw someone on a auction site eB?? and he was selling them brand new for $115 for the regular PM2 C81PG2 so I bought 4 of them. These will make nice gifts to my employees and friend.

Below is the knife I found, can someone help identify it and tell me some info about it.

Oh, you got it bad. Haven't seen a case this serious in quite some time. ;)
By the way, the Navigator you have there is one of my favorite little big knives.

So I got 3 of the Spyderco PM2's in today. One of them does not open / close so smoothly. How do you correct that? Someone said a drop of gun oil and keep playing with it?? I hope the other 5 tomorrow are okay and smooth opening. Thanks!

That's a Spyderco Navigator.
The Para 2 is a great knife and I'm sure your friends will love them.
For smoother opening I suggest Benchmade Blue Lube and you could loosen the pivot a little if needed.
I used Benchmade blue lube for mine. It opened and closed great but I wanted to be able to flick it open so I lubed it up and it's great!
Blue lube is the best stuff for that in my opinion.

Thanks for the input on the Blue Lube. I received all eight (8) Spyderco Paramilitary 2 knives as of today. Only 4 of them open smooth;y. The others are a bit stiff. So you suggest to lube the blade. Is there any other kind of lube you suggest or suggestions to make them super smooth? Sorry I am a newbie to this knife. I also sent one out to yesterday to Geoff (tuffthumbz / YouTube) to get orange Anzo style handles out on it.
