My Sprig came in today. I like what I see and feel so far. Was looking for an overbuilt steak, or kitchen utility knife, to use around camp and I think it will work well. 90% of the time it will be used for food prep. Should pair up well with my old Case 7" butcher knife. Cutting 550 cord will be its toughest test around the camp.

Very lightweight. Been wearing it horizontal on belt for about 6 hrs. Can hardly tell it's there.

I picked one of these up last year and carried it with me deer hunting - absolutely phenomenal design for that use. Not my favorite thing to sharpen but it feels great in hand and works very, very well.

Cooked dinner with the Sprig tonight. It performed quiet well, even with the so so factory edge. It should work well around the camp table once I get a good edge on it.

Great pics!!!!! I recently handled my buddy's new Southfork. It was nice, I wanna check out a Sprig! :D

The tip is great for getting into tight spots. Very scalpel-like. The chicken tenderloins always have that big ligament running through it and the Sprig easily cut it out with minimal damage to the meat.

I wore it two days straight and it carries really well, horizontal on belt. Very comfortable when sitting which is very important for me. I wasn't for sure about the pointy tip but I am coming to appreciate it more every day. This may well be the paring/steak/light duty knife around camp I've been looking for. Probably won't find out about that until April.

I wasn't aware of this offering until I read this thread. I'm definitely intrigued by it and would love to see your long term opinion of it.

My favorite way to carry at the moment. I would prefer a 10 or 15 degree cant but am unable to to achieve this with a small Tek-lok. Very comfortable while sitting.
