Bruce when Pete sends this to you
take a picture of it with Donna holding it and send it to me.
I want to see if your cheating by using her to make
your pictures look better.
:D :D you know I'm just kidding:confused: :D

Dan,This one looks really great!!!!
I have been wanting to try one of these also.
I will be glad to have Donna pose with the knife and sheath when it is done.Donna makes them all look better;)
Bruce

Dan, Thats a beauty. I like the old look for a change. Is Bruce making a metal sheath for it? Thats going to be a fine combination. Maybe we could all send knives for Donna to hold and make a calendar of the photos.

Dan, that is awsome! Just looking at it makes me want to try one.

What are the specs? Is that a large dia. hollow grind I see?

That's great Dan. I think you balanced the antique look with the good clean lines of a new knife perfectly. Aside from that I really like the style and craftsmanship.....A+++

Dan that's fantasitic, I am in the presence of greatness! That's one fine knife, lucky owner...

Dave

Congratulations Dan, You have now been placed on a short list of makers that make me sick:D ,It is a good list to be on.All kidding aside, that is a real beauty.

Mark

I'd want to have one of those calendars myself:D
yes Bruce E is making the sheath for it I was going to but
time is a factor for me right now and he does a nice (great)job
he's done a few metal sheaths for my pieces and they match up nice,
Petes going to put this one with an antiquated, engraved,
nickel-plated Colt and it will be engraved by John Adams.

It's made of German silver(N/S),Indian Stag,
flat ground O1 Blade with the escutcheons inlayed on both sides
8" x (5/32"Thick by request) over all 12 3/4" raised pins,
with a thin blade like this it's harder to get these lines.
Thanks Guys you all are too kind.

Cool Beans Dan, thats a great old looking new piece, the new owner will be happy with that one. I too would like to see some specs.

Bill
