Sit it in the sun for a day or Dan. It is a tad vivid. Looks great though. I like the whole package.

Cool design, Dan! Well executed. I agree it's a little "fresh", yet, but some field time will cure that quickly.

maybe it's just my pack that's faded optical elution :D

Well, if the pack is from your youth, then, yes, it's probably wayyyy faded by now. Youth was a long time ago, my friend... ;) :D

Its "Brand New" its suppose to look fresh. Looks good Dan! Im surprised it has tooling though. Kinda fancy for a tactical.

Man Dan that is just super freakin cool! It does look a little new but like everyone else noted a little time in the sun will fix that. You're gonna make some soldier very happy. Damn! I can't get over it. I'd expect to be innundated with orders when people start seeing this one...whew...what a knife. (Seems like there was something else I was going to say but it just slips my "mind" now. -sigh- Getting old has its issues.)

What a great looking package Dan. I agree with Roger, send it off. Where it's going will make it look "used" real quick. BTW what's the status of the project? Are there more knives going to be needed? After Blade, I should have some down time to whip up another.

Get that to Roger buddy. We need to get these in the mail ;)

:o thanks guys :D

I like handling it :)

OK OK
I'm shipping today :)
This one is hard giving up..

Dan, my friend----I like it! I would rather see it go from "bright" to "dull" than going from "dull' to "dead". Any good sheath should have the opportunity of having it's day in the sun! ---Sandy---

Personally, I think you should document it extensively as a prototype for more of them before sending it anywhere. And file for a patent on the design before someone steals it ...if it's your design that is .. and I'm not saying it isn't ...as it sure looks original to me.
Then get ready to ramp up production.

thanks Sandy :)
patents are big bucks

yes it came out of my head but a lot of stuff is in there too. :)
it may just be a lot of this and that put together that I liked from years of looking .. and I'm sure it is..

I have it posted here and pictures dates and things drawn up on it ..

so I have proof of who be the one at least :)
with a patent, one just has to alter it some and do as they may anyway,
but the up right knife guys like here won't do the unthinkable..

and of course if I don't make it, it's not a gray knife
unless I say so right? :)
thank again guys. on it's way to Roger...

Mike yes a long time ago :)

I'll go along with Bruce and Sandy. It should look a bride on her honeymoon night right off the bat! We know what starts to happen after that. I sure like this set.
